Animal Guardians of Brevard, a local non-profit organization, and the
Brevard County North (NACC) and South (SACC) Animal Care and Adoption Centers are co-sponsoring special adoption events for “Be Kind to Animals Week,” which runs from May 4 through May 10.  This week was set aside to focus on the right of all animals to be treated with kindness and respect, and to raise awareness of the problem of companion animal overpopulation.  These events will be held on Saturday, May 10, 2008 from 11:00 AM until 4:00 PM.

 Many animals are available and free identification microchips will be offered at the South shelter for all animals adopted from this event.  There will be some reduced adoption fees and refreshments will be available. 

Come and save a homeless animal, and find a friend for life.
